This Work Package is managed by the University of Crete and focuses on the transfer of interdisciplinary knowledge on the application of sensory analysis techniques in tobacco control through the execution of chemosensory oriented R&I actions. Specific objectives include training and research on the implementation of sensory analyses for the assessment of flavours in tobacco products, heated tobacco, and e-cigarettes (CARA), and training and research on the chemical and toxicological assessment of tobacco products including cigarettes, heated tobacco, and e-cigarettes (UOC).
