On the 17th of February 2025, a secondment through the EUREST Rise project commenced. Marcela Fu was seconded from the Institut Català d’Oncologia (ICO), Spain, to the European Network for Smoking Prevention (ENSP), Belgium, for a two-month period, concluding on the 16th of April 2025.

During this secondment, Marcela Fu will actively participate in various collaborative initiatives aimed at advancing research and advocacy in smoking prevention and cessation. The secondment facilitates the exchange of expertise and the strengthening of professional networks between ICO and ENSP, contributing to the overarching goals of the EUREST Rise project.
